About The Position

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform serving enterprise brands like Mastercard, UPS Store, and Uber Eats. We are hiring Customer Success Managers to own client relationships. This role is open at multiple levels, seeking individuals with experience ranging from early-career account management to senior operators managing large books of business. Compensation will be based on experience.

Requirements

2-4 years of customer service experience for the junior level, or 8+ years of customer service experience in digital marketing account management for the senior level.
Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels: Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, or similar.
Comfort turning performance data into a clear narrative and concrete recommendations.
Strong communication skills, able to educate clients and lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving, consultative approach.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands.
Understanding of how multi-location organizations make decisions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands.
Run onboarding sessions to establish long-term partnerships.
Build and lead campaign and business reviews that provide insights and recommendations.
Advise clients on cross-channel strategy across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels, aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the book of business.
Act as the internal client advocate, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to resolve issues.
Help clients understand and utilize the full Eulerity platform and stay ahead of industry shifts.
