About The Position

Foresite is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary bridge between our Mid-Market clients and our suite of managed services. In this role, you will lead the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring customers maximize their investment in Google SecOps and Foresite’s MSSP offerings. This role is designed for a proactive advocate who excels at the intersection of client satisfaction and cybersecurity strategy, helping customers navigate the cloud threat landscape with confidence while driving long-term retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically managing a portfolio of Mid-Market clients in the cybersecurity or SaaS space.
  • Solid understanding of managed security services (MSSP), including the value proposition of SIEM and SOAR concepts.
  • Expert at building rapport and maintaining long-term engagement with mid-level management and executive stakeholders (CISOs/IT Directors).
  • Innate ability to interpret account health data to drive proactive outreach and creative problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity or direct experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Google SecOps.
  • Experience working within an MSSP environment or a deep understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical security outcomes into business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the "big picture" lead for the client relationship, ensuring service alignment and robust security outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Foresite’s internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable security roadmaps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, orchestrating communication between client stakeholders and Foresite’s delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Proactively manage account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews to ensure MSSP services meet established KPIs.
  • Align client business objectives with long-term protection and compliance goals, ensuring our delivery remains a high-value asset.
  • Own the full renewal lifecycle for Mid-Market accounts, identifying "at-risk" signs early and developing strategic mitigation plans.
  • Deeply understand evolving security needs to identify opportunities for upselling additional Foresite services or Google SecOps features.
  • Provide structured feedback to Foresite leadership to help refine managed service offerings and the overall Mid-Market customer experience.
