About The Position

Join a high-growth startup building the digital engine for the $1.3T electronics industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale lifecycle for strategic accounts like SpaceX and Apple. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals while building the foundational playbooks and systems that will scale our CS operations globally.

Requirements

  • Possesses 3-5 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, specifically within a seed-stage or Series A startup environment.
  • Demonstrates a revenue-driven mindset with the ability to balance hands-on account management with strategic system building and process design.
  • Exhibits strong technical curiosity and the ability to navigate complex engineering workflows to help users realize maximum value from the Copilot platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full post-sale customer journey, including high-touch onboarding, product adoption strategies, and managing strategic renewals and expansions.
  • Design and implement the CS operating model from scratch, creating health scores, MBR/QBR frameworks, and automated success plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and unblock technical hurdles for enterprise clients.
