About The Position

You will lead the transition from $3M to $10M ARR by building a repeatable sales engine for SnapMagic Copilot. This high-impact role begins with hands-on execution—personally closing strategic deals with component manufacturers—before recruiting and leading a high-performance team. You will define the ICP, pricing, and playbooks for a category-defining AI discovery layer.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling a VC-backed SaaS company from low seven-figure to eight-figure ARR ($10M+).
  • Exceptional ability to sell to non-technical business stakeholders, with a preference for AdTech or demand-generation backgrounds.
  • A "builder" mindset that thrives in ambiguity and is willing to stay in the details until a scalable motion is proven.

Responsibilities

  • Personally run the full sales cycle from discovery to close with marketing and BD leaders at global component manufacturers.
  • Design and iterate on the sales playbook, including pricing models, ROI stories, and outbound motions until they are repeatable.
  • Establish a rigorous operational culture using HubSpot to ensure total transparency, accurate forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
