The company has grown organically without external funding and is used in thousands of offices nationwide, often replacing competitors. The Client Success team is crucial for onboarding practices onto NextPatient and ensuring their ongoing success. Team members become product experts, configuring the software to fit individual practice workflows and drive better outcomes. From the start, Client Success Managers collaborate with the product team to advocate for client-driven improvements.
