Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption to ensure a smooth and successful start
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns to reduce churn
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product training sessions with clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Track and report on customer satisfaction, retention, and success KPIs
