Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Management Professional to support our new and existing clients. In this role, team members will focus on managing quotations, processing orders, and general pre- and post-sale support, including managing a high volume of complex transactions and contractual commitments within an assigned territory. Project management responsibilities will also be part of the role, ensuring a timely and successful delivery to meet our clients’ needs. In addition to working with the Regional Sales Manager team and clients directly, this role is responsible for interfacing with internal cross-functional teams, which includes advocating to ensure client interests are represented within the company. Keys to success in this role will be strong communication, professional relationship-building, and an ability for critical thinking in risk- and situational-based contexts.
