About The Position

As Customer Success Manager at Roamler, you will work directly with major brands like P&G, Red Bull, and Unilever. Roamler's crowdsourcing app deploys thousands of individuals to stores globally to check shelves, build displays, and gather point-of-sale data. These insights are then used to drive business decisions for leading FMCG brands. The Customer Success Manager acts as the primary liaison between these brands and the Roamler platform, ensuring client goals are not only met but exceeded.

Requirements

  • Experience in supermarket retail or a client-facing role.
  • Structured and analytical approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Enjoy presenting to clients.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity about AI applications in work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships from start to finish.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Manage multiple retail projects concurrently, covering operations and commercial strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients.
  • Share insights internally and run evaluations.
  • Assist colleagues across Europe in refining their projects.
