About The Position

P-1 AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the discovery, success, and growth of customer relationships. Our industrial customers are integrating a new type of worker, an AI engineer named Archie, into their organizations. This role involves helping to build the playbook for this new paradigm. You will collaborate with customers to identify high-impact areas for Archie and work with Field Development Engineers (FDEs) to ensure successful deployments. The position requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and account growth skills, with a significant portion of time spent on-site with customers.

Requirements

Experience in customer-facing roles with direct responsibility for AI deployments to enterprise customers.
Equally comfortable diving into the technical details of a customer use case or engineering tool use pattern, and how it translates into commercial value for a customer.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, preferably with experience at a fast-growing startup.
Willingness to spend approximately 25% of time at customer sites, increasing to 50-60% during discovery, deployment, and other critical phases.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience and domain knowledge in data center engineering, automotive, or aerospace and defense.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day success of deployments, working with customers and FDEs to unblock issues, manage priorities, and ensure Archie delivers peak value.
Capture customer feedback and emergent use cases in formal specifications to directly drive feature implementation and product development.
Serve as a voice of the customer in internal product roadmapping and prioritization discussions.
Drive customer expansion by identifying new teams and use cases for Archie within existing accounts and across industries.
Spend considerable time on-site with customers and key stakeholders.
