You will serve as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in the USA, working directly with our customers to ensure they receive maximum value from the Spacelift product. In this role, the CSM candidate will manage the complete customer relationship, drive product adoption, and ensure successful experiences with Spacelift. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a cross-functional mindset, capable of managing time effectively and efficiently, a customer-centric thinker, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
