Customer Success Manager (Bilingual), Sage Intacct Full Time / Permanent Location: QC, NB Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and ready to make your mark? Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager (Bilingual) with a successful background in managing customer relationships and driving internal sales opportunities. You will be at the heart of nurturing and growing our client relationships. You will work as a consultative partner for our clients, understanding key priorities and implementing strategies and business solutions for their success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a client relationship/account management role with exposure to selling.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling and maintaining business software solutions and/or cloud-based (Saas) technology in SMB markets.
  • Business Operations Knowledge: You have a sound understanding of business operations and knowledge, and general accounting principles.
  • Consultative and Relationship-Building Skills: You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, consultative, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Focused Mindset: You bring a customer-centric approach to problem solving, ensuring every interaction delivers impact, value, and satisfaction.
  • Results-Focused: You thrive in a results-oriented environment where performance, accountability, and impact that turn plans into measurable outcomes matter.
  • Process-Oriented: You are highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong preference for following established procedures and systems.
  • Bilingualism: You have a conversational - upper Intermediate: Can work professionally in the language skills in both English and French.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the market or industry ERP systems such as Sage, NetSuite and would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • First Point of Contact for our Clients: You will be the supportive, consultative, and advisory friendly face for assigned clients and the first stop for business solution inquiries and questions.
  • Develop and Execute Customer Management Plans: You will work the client and focus on Key Accounts and their Affiliates.
  • Meet sales targets: Work with clients and team to deliver on sales targets that are in line with overall client and business objectives.
  • Foster and Retain Client Accounts: Foster a positive relationship with key client decision makers, our partners, and colleagues across Vision33, as well as monitoring account progress and activity through ongoing client engagement and demand forecasting.
  • Drive Growth: Contribute to Vision33 sales, drive team growth, and help our clients transform their business with our innovative and cutting-edge cloud-based solutions.
