As a CSM Major Projects (El Paso at Buildots), you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction on a major construction project in El Paso, while also supporting additional projects remotely. You’ll work closely with customer and project teams to drive adoption, optimize project outcomes, and ensure customers get maximum value from the Buildots platform. This is a travel-intensive role requiring approximately 80% travel to construction project sites. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and working onsite with project teams. Buildots brings groundbreaking capabilities to managers on construction sites, far beyond everything they have seen before. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to take part in the implementation of these capabilities on construction projects to ensure successful delivery for our customers. This position is about making sure the project and the users within it make the most out of the system, and building upon that success to generate business with the contractor’s future projects. As a CSM MP (Traveling - Texas) at Buildots, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction across various projects in Texas, working closely with teams to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in customer success or related roles.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers in Texas, ensuring their needs are met.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Provide training and support to customers for optimal product use.
Provide strategic advisory services to maximize customers' adoption, implementation, and ROI from Buildots across multiple construction projects
Lead the relationship with our project champions to ensure they are supported by Buildots, while also being the customer voice among internal delivery pods.
Efficiently handle onboarding of new users, driving seamless adoption of the technology, including training of on-site users
Gain insights from data and the use of the system on projects and feedback to the product team to influence the product’s roadmap and features.
Work within the customer success team to shape and refine delivery for clients by using expert knowledge. Creating and updating playbooks within the team, ensuring an ongoing legacy of Customer Success Delivery.
