As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the business relationship for a dedicated book of customers. Your primary mission is to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with these existing customers. We will count on you to be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value of the customer's experience with the Insight Google Cloud Solution line. Along the way, you will get to: Manage a specific book of business with a focus on driving revenue growth through effective account management practices, including upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals. Accurately forecast and track sales performance metrics to meet and exceed your targets. Collaborate with your dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR) to proactively uncover and qualify new growth opportunities within your accounts, which will then be passed to the appropriate Acquisition team to pursue. Develop and implement targeted account plans to identify and prioritize key accounts for expansion.
