You will be accountable for overall customer success, driving renewals, adoption, and satisfaction to ensure long-term value realization for the client. You will build success plans, coordinate across internal and customer stakeholders including executive sponsors, and lead remediation efforts for at-risk accounts. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed 40 hours/week and an 8-hour shift. This is a 6 month contract in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid position in San Jose.
