About The Position

You will be accountable for overall customer success, driving renewals, adoption, and satisfaction to ensure long-term value realization for the client. You will build success plans, coordinate across internal and customer stakeholders including executive sponsors, and lead remediation efforts for at-risk accounts. This is a full-time role with a guaranteed 40 hours/week and an 8-hour shift. This is a 6 month contract in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid position in San Jose.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS/digital marketing Customer Success experience
  • Strong communication, consulting, and conflict navigation skills
  • Program management experience navigating large organizations and driving change across groups
  • Experience with executive facilitation and presenting to C-suite audiences
  • Proven account planning skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/media software
  • Digital Marketing Platform Knowledge — Adobe Experience Cloud specifically, broader martech familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer success plans and account roadmaps that align to business goals
  • Drive adoption of the digital marketing platform and related products across stakeholder groups
  • Monitor account health, identify risk, and lead "get well" plans to remediate issues
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings, workshops, and presentations with C-suite stakeholders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to act as the internal voice of the customer and influence product/process improvements
  • Use data to track adoption and progress along maturity curves and recommend actions
