About The Position

This is a founding CSM role reporting directly to the Head of GTM. You'll own a portfolio of our most important customers and carry a Net Revenue Retention (NRR) target, meaning your success is measured by how much these accounts grow on Chatbase over time. That means deeply understanding their business, helping them unlock new use cases, and being the person they trust to improve their AI agents over time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in startups (CSM, AM), technical consulting, or other high-performance environment
  • Track record of growing and retaining customer relationships.
  • Technically curious and comfortable getting hands-on with the product
  • Strong communicator with a deep curiosity to learn.
