Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with assigned ONE-KEY customers and help them turn connected technology into measurable business outcomes. This role is the customer advocate, adoption strategist, and internal quarterback responsible for helping customers onboard successfully, expand usage, resolve roadblocks, and see ongoing value from ONE-KEY. The ideal candidate combines strong customer communication, technical curiosity, construction workflow knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across field teams, administrators, business leaders, and internal Milwaukee Tool partners.
