The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is an individual contributor responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across a portfolio of accounts. This includes onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and growth. Working closely with the Customer Success Director, the CSM will execute customer engagement strategies and success plans, ensuring each customer realizes maximum value from Flyreel’s solutions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis and plays a key role in driving long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
