Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.

  • Experience in the lumber or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Fluency in additional languages.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage with clients to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
