Your Responsibilities We are hiring a Customer Success Manager, based in Boston. This role sits at the core of our business. It provides front-line guidance and support to all areas of the Americas business and contributes to decisions that impact Jedox’ growth every day. In this role, you will be responsible for the onboarding, adoption, health, renewal, and expansion of a portfolio of Jedox clients, ensuring high satisfaction and return on investment.
