And now, we are looking for You to join us! 💡 Your Mission: Delight customers, optimize processes! As our Business Development Manager you will lead zero to one GTM efforts discovering, validating, and scaling the commercial pathways that matter most. You'll work at the frontier, building relationships, running rapid experiments in the field, and uncovering real user needs. Then you'll translate those insights into repeatable, revenue-driving motions. Your work will directly shape how we bring our product to market and influence both our strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship building skills and proven ability to thrive in zero-to-one, low-structure environments
  • Experienced in BD, partnerships, sales, or early GTM especially within B2B SaaS in regulated industries
  • Commercially sharp, experienced in business development, go-to-market experimentation, discovery calls, objection handling, and advancing deals independently
  • Resilient, action-oriented problem solver who prefers testing and iteration over lengthy planning
  • Comfortable taking ownership of complex problems and guiding them toward thoughtful solutions
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, outreach, and workflow acceleration

Responsibilities

  • Run early stage business development and go to market experiments to identify opportunities, uncover user patterns, and validate commercial ideas
  • Own discovery calls, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and move deals forward even without a set playbook
  • Design and run pilots or onsite tests with partners, customers, and our product team
  • Turn field insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product priorities and go to market strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships across the US market through travel to conferences, customer meetings, and implementation sites.
