C.H. Robinson is seeking Customer Success Managers to support the continued growth and scalability of our Redistribution (Redi) business. This role sits at the intersection of Operations, Sales, Transportation, and Account Management, ensuring solutions are operationally feasible, commercially aligned, and designed to scale. We are hiring across three distinct focus areas within the supply chain: Inbound (IB) Redistribution – focused on supplier management, inventory health, inbound flow, and inventory risk optimization Outbound (OB) Redistribution – focused on order execution, shipment flow, delivery performance, and outbound margin protection Transportation & Redistribution Strategy – focused on transportation design, pricing alignment, network feasibility, and scalability. You will play a critical role in representing the business across all customers, identifying challenges, driving resolutions, and ensuring we deliver consistent service, operational quality, and strong customer outcomes. Unlike traditional roles, you are not assigned to a single customer but instead operate across the broader network to support overall success. At C.H. In this role, you will engage with peers on-site four days a week, igniting creativity and driving impactful results.
