Accelerated Automation is growing and creating a brand-new Customer Success role on their team. This is a full-time position for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, comfortable with technology, and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up. This role is not a traditional SaaS customer success position, but they do now have software, technology tools, CRM workflows, automation services, and client-facing systems that require ongoing customer support. This person will help make sure clients have a smooth onboarding experience, receive clear communication, get help troubleshooting basic tech questions, and are introduced to additional services when they are a good fit.
