AlertMedia is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Mid-Market segment. This role is responsible for owning AlertMedia's customer relationships, focusing on strategic accounts to provide a high level of consultative partnership. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the Implementations Team, Customer Support, Marketing, and Sales Teams to execute strategic guidance, drive adoption, conduct effective QBRs, and support customer health, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate will approach each relationship with a partnership mentality and employ a consultative and tailored approach to ensure customers meet their goals.
