In this role, you will work with schools and conferences across the United States, directly engaging with basketball coaches, athletic directors, and commissioners within your territory, while collaborating with one Account Executive in the territory. Customer Success Managers are responsible for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive maximum benefit from their subscription while generating a high ROI for the company. The primary focus is on engagement activities that drive renewals for the following year.
