About The Position

Datonics is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Agency Support to join their team in the New York Area. This role focuses on expanding Datonics' presence within advertising agencies through a bottom-up approach. The primary responsibilities include servicing sold campaigns, ensuring successful implementation, usage, and future inclusion. The ideal candidate will confidently articulate Datonics’ capabilities, including syndicated audiences, custom capabilities, novel technology, and AI initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively engage with both operations and sales teams, internally coordinate with relevant personnel, and maintain project timelines for client servicing. The position reports to the Datonics VP Customer Success and involves close collaboration with the Datonics Sales and Operations teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, specifically working with advertising agencies within the AdTech or data industry.
  • Deep understanding of how data taxonomy works (internal and external) and ability to articulate Datonics’ capabilities (Syndicated audiences, Custom capabilities, AI/ novel tech).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk effectively with both operations and sales teams, and speak confidently to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to loop in the right people internally and keep projects on track.
  • Ability to work with Salesforce CRM and openness to other tools to track performance and workflow.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and MS Office (specifically PPT and Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Service sold campaigns, ensuring successful implementation, usage, and inclusion in future campaigns.
  • Track recommendations, segments delivered, and usage.
  • Follow up regularly after data is sent.
  • Explore new campaigns/RFPs.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to ensure everything is tracked and working correctly.
  • Conduct recurring meetings with key agency contacts to stay top of mind and work through current and upcoming campaigns.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with existing agency partners.
  • Act as the RFP/RFI lead for existing clients and partners.
  • Think of meaningful segment recommendations and articulate them in the proper medium (PPT, Excel, or email).
  • Support the sales team throughout the new client sales process.
  • Assist with segment recommendations and custom segment construction.
  • Ensure the seamless delivery of segments to clients.
  • Build and edit simple marketing and sales collateral.
  • Organize and conduct Lunch and Learns or training sessions for agency partners.
  • Interface with internal Operations and Tech teams on behalf of the sales team and clients.
