About The Position

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Specialist, Club Onboarding & Customer Success (NXTPRO Circuit) to support the onboarding and early-stage success of clubs joining the BSN SPORTS circuit in partnership with NXTPRO. This role focuses on guiding clubs through the onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are completed, and coordinating with NXTPRO to deliver a consistent and accountable experience. The Specialist will also focus on customer success after the season to ensure all processes are working and clubs are satisfied with the experience. This is a full-time, hybrid position with Monday-Thursday onsite and Friday work from home at 2213 NW 178th Street, Edmond, OK 73012. Travel is approximately 10-25%, with some out-of-the-area and overnight travel expected.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding or interest in club/select sports environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clubs and timelines simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers and external partners like NXTPRO.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues when needed.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience in sports, team sales, or club environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for clubs joining the NXTPRO circuit, ensuring a smooth and organized experience from sign-up through activation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clubs during onboarding, helping them understand requirements, timelines, and next steps.
  • Guide clubs through account setup, uniform ordering processes, and program activation milestones.
  • Coordinate closely with NXTPRO to ensure alignment on club participation, coverage expectations, and accountability standards across the circuit through reporting and continuous updates.
  • Track onboarding progress for all assigned clubs and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Assist in communicating program benefits, pricing structures, and participation expectations to clubs in a clear and consistent manner.
  • Support the uniform mockup and ordering process, including gathering necessary assets (logos, branding) and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to resolve onboarding issues and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Help maintain accurate records of onboarding status, club participation, and NXTPRO-related requirements.
  • Transition clubs to the appropriate BSN SPORTS representatives after onboarding is complete, ensuring continuity in the customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on onboarding challenges and opportunities to improve processes and the overall club experience.
  • Ensures ownership and accountability by confidently reinforcing expectations, following up on outstanding items, and addressing gaps with clear, direct, and professional communication.
