About The Position

This role is responsible for enabling NIQ and its clients to achieve critical business objectives, including client satisfaction and financial growth, by delivering high-quality analytics, actionable insights, and exceptional client engagement. Through the analysis of consumer, market, and retail measurement data, this role drives informed decision-making, identifies growth opportunities, and delivers meaningful business insights while fostering strong client partnerships and ensuring research excellence. Take ownership of the quality of client deliverables, including datasets, reports, and other outputs, while supporting service stability and operational excellence. Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality analytics, insights, and presentations aligned with client needs and NIQ standards. Analyze and synthesize multiple data sources to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making. Create impactful reports, dashboards, and data-driven stories that communicate key findings effectively. Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities. Deliver training and maintain expertise in research methodologies, analytical techniques, and NIQ solutions. Drive continuous improvement by contributing to or leading process enhancement initiatives that improve client service, operational efficiency, and team productivity. Contribute to business growth and continuous process improvement through proactive problem-solving and innovation. Demonstrate NIQ values through collaboration, knowledge sharing, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • Less than 2 years working experience
  • Strong analytical mind and proactive
  • Ability to deliver the analytic presentation to client
  • Native level Korean and strong business English skill is required
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Technically proficient in MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint) applications
  • General interest in consumer packaged goods industry and retail/trade environment
  • Confidence working with numbers and structured data
