This is a full-time contract position from June 15th to September 30th, 2026, with an in-office work environment.

Requirements

Demonstrate a strong customer-first approach with a courteous and professional phone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and comfortable navigating multiple systems/screens
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask accurately
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues during high-volume periods
Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed
Strong proficiency in English (required)

Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer calls and provide appropriate solutions
Meet and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs)
Accurately enter and update customer information in Salesforce CRM
Troubleshoot equipment issues, including reviewing photos, videos, and proof of purchase when required
Check inventory using warehouse systems or tracking tools
Process warranty claims and initiate replacement part orders
Maintain detailed and accurate customer case records
Send follow-up communications to ensure complete issue resolution
Apply company policies to determine appropriate resolutions or escalate when needed
Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed by the end of each shift
Participating in hands-on product and systems training
