Our client is an established operations and facility services company that provides end-to-end client support, field manager coordination, and project execution across multiple regions. They focus on delivering high-quality operations, logistics, and service management to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive Bi-Lingual Customer Solutions Specialist to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, supporting operations, scheduling project crews, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in a bilingual environment. As a Bi-Lingual Customer Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the dedicated client manager from start to finish, collaborating daily with Field Managers to handle requests, service issues, and operational logistics. You will oversee schedule management for project crews, handle supply orders, process billing updates, and resolve customer grievances to ensure smooth business operations. We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and resolving sudden operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. The process usually consists of 4 stages and takes on average 4–6 weeks to be completed, depending on eventual additional technical rounds or take-home tests. Initial interview with Workana's recruiting team, Technical interview with the client, Cultural fit interview with the client's manager, Final interview with C-level. As Workana has multiple clients, if you pass the first round with Workana's recruiting team, you may also be considered for other relevant opportunities if the initial opportunity does not move forward.

Requirements

• Associate degree (2-year degree) required; Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) is a plus.
• Proven experience in operations support, customer solutions, or client project coordination.
• Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple project budgets, and resolve sudden challenges at a moment's notice.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills over phone and email.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, software systems, work order management, and spreadsheets.
• Fluent English and Spanish skills (bilingual) are mandatory.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact supporting assigned clients throughout the entire service lifecycle.
• Collaborate daily with Field Managers to resolve operational issues, client requests, and project emergencies.
• Schedule project crews for services, training, deliveries, and manage regional spreadsheets and work orders.
• Coordinate client estimates, provide pricing, and process contract forms or service discontinuance orders.
• Handle customer service or billing complaints, conducting daily follow-up calls and recording all client interactions.
• Manage supply orders, entering and closing orders in the system while overseeing client supply distribution.
• Update client tracking and billing systems to maintain accurate service records and manage weekly project budgets.
• Work with external vendors to resolve issues and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
