The Customer Solutions Specialist (EDI) reports to the Director of Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting Solve’s customers via Electronic Data Interchange. This role involves offering thoughtful and knowledgeable solutions to satisfy inquiries and troubleshoot product issues. The CSS (EDI) will manage high-volume customer orders efficiently and work in tandem with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales life cycle for customers.
