About The Position

Respond to customer inquiries via mail, telephone or in person contacts. Maintain computer database to track all guns returned to the plant for service. Open, date and evaluate mail inquiries for proper routing. Maintain adequate levels for advertising materials, catalogues and owner’s manuals for distribution to public. Perform routine clerical functions including typing, filing, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in dealing with the public.
  • Ability to assist people with issues concerning product quality, delivery and service.
  • Clerical skills required.
  • Good telephone personality.

Nice To Haves

  • Product knowledge helpful but not essential, however, must acquire understanding of the interdepartmental structure of Colt.
