The Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) plays a key role in supporting job seekers through workforce development services, career guidance, and reemployment assistance. This position focuses on customer engagement, appointment coordination, follow-up activities, and light case management support to help individuals successfully transition back into employment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
