This position is responsible for utilizing analytical tools, systems, data, and reports to identify and lead service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers. The role involves developing collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth opportunities and create competitive advantage. It also includes leading the development of value-added supply chain services that improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates. The analyst will partner with customers and internal teams to align and improve key performance metrics across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales. Additionally, the role involves developing and leading analytical reporting initiatives that identify, quantify, and track internal and external improvement opportunities, and identifying scalable customer solutions to implement multi-customer initiatives with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning.
