About The Position

Introduction SymphonyAI Retail is a leading provider of advanced AI-driven solutions and services specifically designed for the retail industry. We empower retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies with innovative technology to enhance their operations, optimize decision-making, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We are now hiring a Business Solutions Director who will partner with our customers and our technology team in the design and implementation of customer-facing solutions built on our AI-driven platform. Store Intelligence: Propels store automation through a machine learning platform powered by AI and delivers real time shelf conditions to drive productivity and enable perfect in-store execution. Job Description What you will do: Product implementation/project management Provide leadership/ support to ensure flawless solution implementation of ReTech technology platforms at retailers, brands, and partners Evaluate system performance and monitoring related system index to ensure solution stability AI training and model management Due diligence in AI model training and data validation to ensure expected system delivery Customer facing Oversee the customer solution implementation of the technology platform from concept to commercialization Deliver qualified service/consultancy to customers regarding how system con deliver the best value to them, and how store operation team can use the system to the best Solution/product design Proactively drive key technology issues and decisions through to satisfactory resolution Work with the product/technical teams to translate the customer business needs into product design and development specifications Analytics and value Evaluate system value to customers and calculate ROI and sales impact of using the system

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters with a major in Operation, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retailing or technology implementation experience in areas such as SAAS platforms or software development
  • Skilled at developing design and requirements for solution implementation
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues
  • Results-oriented with an ability to own deliverables through to completion
  • Team player and honest in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge of retail and consumer product goods is a plus

Responsibilities
