About The Position

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of demonstrated; successful customer service experience by phone and/or in person
  • Notary Public or ability and willingness to obtain Notary Public capabilities

  • Ability to multi-task and redirect focus with frequent phone interruptions
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally

  • Associates Degree or 4 years of responsible, self-directed work experience in an office environment with customer service focus with call center experience preferred!

Responsibilities

  • High quality and high-volume customer service - assisting our members over the phone and in person at various stages of their membership.
  • Receive and review paperwork to ensure thorough and accurate completion
  • Process changes
  • Retrieving account information for members and explaining the information to them
