Customer Services Advisor
About The Position
This role is for a Customer Services Advisor who loves motoring and cycling and is great with customers. The ideal candidate will have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, though training is provided. The role involves delivering a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building, and cycle servicing. The company aims to help develop practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but experience in tailoring approaches in a customer-focused sales environment is also valued. The company invests heavily in training to support career development within the Group.
Requirements
- Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
- Problem solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Age 21+ (for the higher pay rate).
Nice To Haves
- Some experience of fitting car parts and of cycle repair, even as a hobby.
- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
- Retail experience.
- Experience of tailoring your approach in a customer focused sales environment.
