About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and assisting potential members, handling front desk duties, managing member accounts, and addressing member service issues. The position requires a strong focus on customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
• Customer Service: communicates and interacts with customers (includes coworkers and the public) in a way that exceeds the customers wants and needs.
• Listening: actively listens to customers (includes coworkers and the public) empathizes (sees the situation from the customers perspective) and works together to solve the problem.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks, information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours.
• Have the ability to handle any changes that need to be made to a member's account.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour per shift).
• Continued Training (minimum 1 hour per shift).
