About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing an excellent customer experience, and handling all front desk tasks. This includes managing information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, giving tours to potential members, and making necessary changes to member accounts. The position also facilitates member services issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed, and helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time
  • Communicates and interacts with customers in a way that exceeds the customers wants and needs.
  • Actively listens to customers, empathizes, and works together to solve the problem.
  • Recognizes and defines problems; analyzes relevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans to resolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
  • Demonstrates tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all front desk related takes, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours, have the ability to handle any changes need to be made to a members account
  • Facilitate member services issues and question and forward to Club Manager/Assistant manager as needed
  • Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club
  • Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour)
  • Continued Training (minimum 1 hour)
