About The Position

Responsible for managing and troubleshooting all inquiries received through email, social media platforms, and conducting unable to locate calls. This role involves direct client interaction, service coordination, problem resolution, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with home care regulations and agency policies. The position also provides support to field staff and caregivers.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and address the needs and concerns of clients and their families.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient, especially when dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and home care management systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a customer service representative, call center clerk, or medical office receptionist.
  • At least one (1) year of previous healthcare experience working in a similar setting.
  • Great Customer Service skills.
  • Organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and family inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating home care services for clients.
  • Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the agency’s home care services and policies.
