About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves greeting and meeting potential members, providing excellent customer service, handling front desk tasks, managing member accounts, and addressing member service issues. The position also requires maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the club.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle all front desk related tasks, information calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours.
• Have the ability to handle any changes that need to be made to a member's account.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour per shift).
• Continued Training (minimum 1 hour per shift).
