Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with identifying and booking hotel accommodations based on their needs and preferences.
- Support clients throughout the reservation process, including confirmations and updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries about availability, pricing, and property details.
- Verify booking information, including travel dates, guest details, and room selections.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and reservations.
- Offer follow-up support before check-in and after a stay when needed.
