About The Position
A-1 Autoglass is looking for a customer service expert to assist drivers with their windshield and window replacement needs. The role involves guiding customers through the process, identifying the right parts, filing insurance claims, coordinating with glass shops for installations, managing quotes, invoices, and order forms, and resolving issues related to freight, payments, or warranties. The position offers a dynamic work environment with a balance of independent tasks and teamwork.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Assist automobile owners in identifying the right parts for their needs.
- File insurance claims.
- Coordinate with glass shops to schedule installations.
- Manage quotes, invoices, and order forms.
- Resolve issues with freight, payments, or warranties by working with internal teams.
