About The Position

This full-time opening offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm in a business casual office environment. The role is responsible for coordinating customer service and order processing activities across multiple internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and smooth day-to-day operations. The company is seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing customer communication with production coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and order entry experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic math, inventory tracking, and data comparison skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a print-related, manufacturing, or art/color project environment preferred
  • Experience coordinating workflows, schedules, and inventory processes

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer and sales calls/emails regarding order status, updates, and expedited requests
  • Entering quote requests into the system for new and existing parts
  • Coordinating prototypes and proposals with internal quoting and art departments
  • Setting up new finished goods, pricing, work instructions, and customer part numbers in the system
  • Reviewing new parts and work orders with internal departments prior to production release
  • Printing and distributing work orders and pick tickets for production teams
  • Reviewing customer schedules and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
  • Coordinating production build orders based on forecasts and inventory needs
  • Assisting with inventory recounts and resolving discrepancies at customer locations
  • Supporting accurate order fulfillment through detailed workflow and documentation management
