About The Position

Responsible for new member sales and a positive member experience. This role involves handling front desk duties, signing up new members, conducting tours, managing member accounts, and addressing member service issues. The position requires a strong focus on customer service and maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
  • Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
  • Handle all front desk related tasks, info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, taking potential members on tours.
  • Have the ability to handle any changes that need to be made to a member's account.
  • Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
  • Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
  • Deep cleaning (minimum 1 hour per shift).
  • Continued Training (minimum 1 hour per shift).
