About The Position

We are looking for someone to join our family business to help us ensure that our customers receive the best care and experience. This position is part-time, up to 24 hours per week, with weekend days required. The general description includes being a great talker and listener with excellent communication and listening skills, ensuring customer satisfaction, being a multi-tasker and quick thinker, a team player, and able to work with distractions. This position requires the ability to multi-task, such as answering phones, directing calls, operating a cash register, and processing gift cards and returns.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and listening skills (in person and on phone)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with distractions
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Ability to sit, kneel, twist, turn, reach over head
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Ability to withstand varying temperatures and humidity
  • Proper telephone etiquette
  • Basic math/money handling skills
  • Computer knowledge/experience with POS
  • Retail Customer Service Experience
  • Minimum of HS Diploma/GED
