About The Position

Effectively manage incoming calls from clients and debtors. Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Complete computer updates and records. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of callers.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office suite of products
  • Regular and Reliable Attendance Required
  • Ability to learn and use new company specific software

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center experience a plus
