This warranty representative evaluates and processes warranty claims, and also supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration. Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration. Review warranty claims. Resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.
