Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel questions and vacation planning
• Research cruises, hotels, resorts, flights, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Prepare travel options based on each client's needs and budget
• Maintain organized client and reservation information
• Follow up with clients before and after travel
• Complete required training and learn travel booking tools
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
