We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our busy furniture retail store! This role involves helping customers, assisting with orders and paperwork, and using computer systems to manage customer information. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, creating a great customer experience, and is comfortable with computers. You will work with sales and office teams to ensure a smooth operation from purchase through delivery, contributing to a positive customer experience.
