Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally.
  • Process customer requests and assist with order-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete data entry with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other company software to support daily operations.
  • Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
